Custom House Square Apartments

I’m still thinking of a move here down the line at some point when the ‘right’ place pops it’s head up.
I’ve been on the hunt for a slightly larger city centre apartment for myself and my girlfriend, currently living a fantastic building on Ormeau Avenue and it’s hard to beat for the comfort, quality and more importantly the location.
The Custom House apartments have always drawn my attention, after a viewing about a year ago I was overwhelmed by the level of detail and quality of the fixtures and fittings inside.
The price of course is the main stumbling block. I’m in the market for a two bed, spacious and well fitted. Prices here start at around 600 for a box of a small one bed and at least 700 for a half decent sized two bed.
It’s still on the cards though — we’ll see how work goes in the coming months. You just never know.
