Quick, effective and a good group of lads.
Rented a house of them in Belfast for two years and then moved on to buy my first home recently. Had been messed around for years by estate agents and CPS were by far the best. Can’t beat a bit of professionalism

CPS is terrible for customer service. It started on day one and lasted throughout our tenancy.
We were promised when we arrived that the property would be cleaned but there was still dust everywhere and the oven and bathroom were disgusting.
During the winter our boiler broke and found it near impossible to get in contact with someone from CPS to sort the issue out. When an engineer was eventually sent out it was broke within days again.
We had little notice when CPS wanted to bring viewers to the property.
A couple of weeks before we left we reported a leak we noticed in the ceiling to CPS which they did nothing about until a month later when the ceiling came through.
Avoid this estate agents!

Our experience with CPS has been nothing short of infuriating.
Communication is by far the worst I have experienced with any business. Promised maintenance of the property, including potentially dangerous electrical problems and leakages, were never carried out.
Unannounced viewings of the property, terrible financial recording, premature ending of the contract because the landlord «needed a week or two to ready the property for the next tenancy» — whilst expecting payment for the whole month.
Trust me, my awarding of one star is purely out of this site’s requirement to do so.
Unprofessional, incompetent, lazy.
