Concept Framing is owned and operated by David Kearney, one of Belfast’s most experienced picture framers, auctioneers and furniture restorers. His work is synonymous with quality. David has become thee ‘go to’ guy for all picture framing in Belfast.

David headed up the large framing department of the Emer Gallery in Belfast for over a decade, growing and expanding the client base and sourcing the best facilities available. He also trained a team of quality picture framers.

David has spent a lifetime around anitques, fine art, auctions, bespoke furniture restoration and quality framing. He is very well known across the Irish art, auction and antique sectors.

With over 20 years experience in quality picture framing and auctions, David’s work is sought after by discerning art collectors, in demand artists and numerous businesses.
