We are used to working alongside demanding clients with high aspirations often with limited or difficult sites, restricted budgets and tight programme requirements. By gaining in-​depth understanding of our client’s requirements, a detailed knowledge of the building types and intellectual analysis of the context and restrictions Director Roger Perrott has developed a track record for successful project delivery. In particular we have specialism in Industrial Facilities for the bottling industry, bespoke Private Housing, Warehousing, Stadia and Sports Facilities, Master Planning, Leisure, Commercial and bespoke multi-​purpose projects.

History

Established in 2012.

Formed by Roger Perrott to deliver high quality Architecture and Town Planning Services throughout the UK and Ireland from it’s base in Belfast. Architecture Director Alan Ritchie and Town Planning Director Neil Calvin joind the company in 2014.

Business Owner

Roger studied Architecture under environmental pioneers Robert and Brenda Vale at Nottingham University in the 1990’s, with an emphasis on sustainable design. His early work in Nottingham concentrated on conservation and regeneration of Victorian buildings for housing associations, churches and community groups as well as pioneering earth sheltered designs and bespoke housing.

More recently Roger has also been the lead designer and project manager on some of Ireland’s largest and most complex developments including the recent regeneration of Ravenhill Rugby Stadium and the construction of Coca-Cola’s all Ireland production and distribution facility.
