Established in 2010.

Andrew Watson opened this independent menswear store in 2010. His aim was to choose the finest menswear from around the world. Sourcing handmade shirts and knitwear from Italy, tailoring from luxury companies such as Eduard Dressler and fabric suppliers like Loro Piana and shoes from the heartland of England the product mix is superb.

This is one of those shops that’s continually out of reach for a normal soul like myself and to be honest the raft of high priced names and chic designer labels has never really appealed to me.
You can find all of the big names in here — I did notice a fantastic pair of Chelsea style suede boots that took my fancy and since I had just got paid in the back of my mind I was thinking, why not just splurge?
I had a look and a feel which was abruptly ended when I checked the price tag — a snip at £300. We’re slightly out of my league when were talking about spending that kind of cash on footwear of any kind… well, unless they were rocket boots of some kind.

Normally shops like this would be a tad out of my price range but having handily come into the possession of a £50 voucher i was keen to see what the shop had. As predicted all the fashion is in the higher price range of the market and had the usual designer names.
Unbelievably i was drawing a blank on something that cost around £50 pounds so was glad when i ventured upstairs and found a nice Strellson shirt which was in my price range. The staff were helpful and friendly and the shop itself is lovely, worth visiting even for a browse.
I probably would never have stepped foot in here if it hadn’t been for the voucher but i was pleasantly surprised by what i found. Not really to my taste but if you’re popping in do bring a full wallet.
Pros: Nice designer gear.
Cons: Very pricey.
