As a Chartered Accountant she is very well qualified to deal with all financial aspects. Her sister, Candy, is involved with Health and Safety, marketing and advertising whilst their parents, Peter and Lynne oversee refurbishments and keep up to date with the day to day challenges in addition to the long term plans.
