A terribly organised Post Office. Prepare to have to wait, whilst staff just carry on with their jobs quite unconcerned and uncaring. If I could have put zero stars I would have, as this place has become famous within Beccles as what customer service should NOT be. Completely unfazed, staff are quite happy to ignore a really long queue and just fiddle about in the back, drink their tea or do minor jobs instead of quickly getting the queue down.
