DON’T USE!!! Put the wrong colour sashes on the chairs at my wedding and won’t accept responsibility because we’ve been on our honeymoon so didn’t call them about it! Basically if you don’t stop your ceremony and phone them about it there and then there’s nothing they can do! Balloon arch popped before speeches had even finished and then they used a photo of our centre pieces which they had NOTHING to do with and tried passing it off as something they’d done on their Facebook site. The owner was extremely rude on the phone when I made my complaint. Apparently it’s ‘hard to believe’ I’ve been on honeymoon for a month! And I should have got someone to phone him for me (er I got married= I’m an adult and can make my own complaints)!!! AVOID!!!
