Established in 2009 Pathways Hypnotherapy provides confidential, relaxing and understanding treatment for stress and anxiety, weight loss, quit smoking, insomnia and sleep problems, fears phobias, BDD and many other issues.

Pathways Hypnotherapy is located in central Basildon providing easy access to Wickford, Billericay, Brentwood and surrounding Essex areas.

Pathways Hypnotherapy operates from a private consulting room, which

is quiet and comfortable with good off street parking, located in central Basildon, Essex. It is fully heated, air conditioned, has toilet facilities, good disabled access and off street parking.

Pathways Hypnotherapy offer free, no obligation consultations. Evening and Saturday appointments are available.

Business Owner

Victoria is a trained clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, who also practices EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or «tapping»). Pathways Hypnotherapy offers a hypnotic gastric band treatment and is especially practiced at dealing with emotional eating.

Victoria has been trained to the highest standards, is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and is a member of the APHP and NCP.

Victoria is trained in a variety of different therapeutic techniques and places great importance of continually expanding her knowledge and understanding to best benefit her clients.
