I went into this sho and an Orange cutomer (having signed up online) to ask for help with some problems I’d had. The staff were very unehlpful and didn’t even offer me a phone unmber or email address to try to find the right person to help.
When I then mentioned that I’d like to cancel my contract they woudln’t even tell me how to do it.
Whilst the shop is a nice size with lots of phones on display, the general customer service I received was extremely poor and I shall never be an orange customer again.

Well set out shop with plenty of advice and phone dummies on display so you can have a good play with them before purchasing. Advice is plentiful should you need it and the price plans are easy to understand therefore alleviating the risk of mis-​buying.
