Jessops

Before digital cameras really took off I regularly used Jessops to develop all of my disposable cameras. I have always found the service to be very efficient and the staff helpful and professional. This was definitely the case recently when on honeymoon our digital camera died on us and appeared to wipe all of our honeymoon photos. After a frantic call to Jessop’s we went down and they managed to recover all of our photos and load them onto a CD at no charge. The process took a few hours and not once did they moan and they completely sympathised with my upset. The manager was brilliant and when we wanted all the pictures printed they gave us a really good deal. It is always busy in there with people asking advice on different products and I have always found the staff very knowledgeable.
