Body Coaching supports you on your journey to a Fit Body, with Fitness Coaching. Our Personal Training services provide one to one, partner, group exercise and personalised exercise programmes.
Mobile & Home training/coaching in Barking, Dagenham, Ilford, Wanstead and surrounding areas.
You have the option to train indoors, outdoors, boot camp, online training as well as receive nutritional support and guidance. Body Coaching also includes optional Wellness Coaching.

Business Owner
Sharon has worked as a Freelance Personal Trainer in many reputable gyms such as Fitness First, LA Fitness, Esporta and GOLDs gym and produced many success stories during this time.
In 2011 with the trend in the Fitness industry moving toward home based exercise and having qualified as a Life Coach she decided to fulfil her dream of working from home. Her fascination with human behaviour and interest in the mind body connection has led to specialising in this field.
She has a keen interest in Social Enterprise and improving overall well-being and happiness in the community. Her current project is facilitating the local Action for Happiness Barking Group.
