This was my first time eating in El Sombrero Rojo and I was not disappointed.
I ordered a Beef Fajita with Salsa Roja (Hot) and it was amazing. The vegetables were beautiful and cooked to perfection and the beef was so tender and tasty.
I will be back very soon to sample another dish and I hope to try the Nachos side order too.
