After a day roaming the caves of the peak district… Tempted by the calling of the famous tart we took a tour on over to Bakewell! It was quite late on in the afternoon so unfortunately most of the tearooms around the town were closed… This little lucky find down a quaint side street was still open for business!
We all had tea and a slice of their delicious bakewell tart! Their selection of other tarts and cakes also looked amazing but «when in rome»!!
There was also food menu with a selection of tapas and sandwiches and an interesing menu of Novus branded teas which sounded great!
The café is also connected to a little gift shop so you can roam around when awaiting ur tasty
sweet treats to be served!
