This is located at the top end of Wendover next to the railway station and is a well known family and gastro pub. It actually dates back hundreds of years and is still designed and maintained in the old world styling with plenty of plain wood floors and oak beams everywhere. This whole design creates a varied interior of alcoves etc on different levels which is great for a cosy dinner for two. The food is, without doubt, fantastic with large portions and a variety of dishes to suit every taste and pocket. They also have a large garden which is popular in the summer with families.
