Be careful if your child gets hurt at Jungle Jungle not sure if the staff are first aiders my daughter hurt her back there yesterday and was given a cold compress i took her up to hospital and was told that she should of had a warm compress. I rang and spoke to the Manager today and she didnt know that the wrong compress had been applied. I will not be going there again.

Average soft play. separate area for under 3’s.quite expensive for what it is (thought the over 3 bit was quite small) but comparable to soft play fee’s. Came here reluctantly after reading negative reviews but it wasn’t all that bad. I didn’t find it dirty which is a positive! It’s ok for an hr or so to run off steam. Food & drink is usual fast food bits but quite expensive. Overall I’d come again just to kill an hr after school (slightly cheaper rate then) but nothing special. kids didn’t put up a fight when it was time to go, which is unusual!

I took my 18 month old to play here a few weeks ago during the xmas holidays and our whole experience was awful! There are 2 play areas, an over 3 and under 3, we stayed in the under 3 area. It was very dirty and after us being in there for less than 10 minutes was overrun with children aged 7+ and adults throwing the equipment around. My son was prevented from going down the slide and was hit by balls from the ball pool thrown by adults! When I complained to the staff (who were two young girls) they looked completely out of there depth and said it was up to the parents to control there children. After spending all of 25 mins there we left and will not be returning!

very dirty and expensive, play equipment old and worn and needing replaced. the place needs a good clean, would never go back

A soft play centre for young children, there is a bouncy castle, a play area for smaller children with soft blocks, a ball pool, a small slide and some climbing equipment.
There is a larger area for older children which includes a large slide into a small ball pit, cargo netting and lots of levels to climb through.
There is a party room where parties are catered after the play segment, however the room is quite small so not suitable for very large parties although you can book during certain hours for exclusive use of the facility.
The café serves cold snacks, lunch boxes, hot dogs, toast, hot and cold drinks, however the quality is poor and it is greatly overpriced especially after paying a high entrance fee.

Brilliant fun for kids. This is a large soft play area with a smaller open play area for younger children enabling you to join in the play easily and keep a close eye on them. There is also a larger enclosed area for the older children and a bouncy castle. Facilities include plenty of seating for adults, a café serving drinks and packed lunch style foods and baby changing. They also offer party packages at quite reasonable prices. The only downside it is very popular during holidays so can get very noisy and boisterous and not always ideal for the younger children.
