Chalfont Interiors offers an extensive range of top-​quality hand-​made rugs, fitted carpets, wood flooring, viynl and curtains. We also specialise in rug cleaning and restoration. Spacious premises over two floors allow comfortable viewing. As a local company, serving local people, we are completely customer-​focused and devote time to establishing customer needs and providing options to meet them.

As a member of the nationwide 160 store Greendale group of independent carpet retailers, Chalfont Interiors offer their customers the savings provided by bulk purchasing, combined with high quality local service. Vinyl flooring in all of the latest designs is also available. Expert advice is given on the most appropriate flooring for your needs. Samples may be taken home and tried and experienced staff will do all the measuring for you. Fitters employed are experienced and reliable and always clear up when they finish.

History

Established in 1998.

Chalfont Interiors started as a family-​run rug wholesale company. Turgut Iris, who moved to the UK from Turkey in 1994, worked in the rug trade in Turkey from a young age and has first-​hand knowledge of rug designing, making and repairing from the villages in Turkey. He worked in London department stores for three years and gained extensive knowledge of other flooring products. From 1998 until last year he sold rugs sourced from Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran and China to retail shops around the UK. For a number of years he has advised the Turkish Consulate in London when they have queries regarding the value of rugs purchased in Turkey. Living in Hazlemere with his wife and two sons, Turgut took the opportunity to move into retail last summer when the property at Nightingales Corner became available. Over the last few months the retail premises have been completely refurbished and now provide an inviting showroom offering a complete range of flooring and curtains.
