I am Bob Pape and founded the business in 1997 in response to the outcry concerning CSA practices and rampant injustice. A campaigning firm, we have contributed to the debate surrounding all major changes relating to child support legislation and have developed a very strong reputation within both the legal and accountancy profession.

I commenced working in the legal profession in 1983 and have specialised in family law matters since 1985, regularly representing clients in court by the early 1990’s. I began contesting CSA decisions in 1993 and was widely recognised for my expertise in this area of the law from a very early stage. I am a Chartered Legal Executive and set up in self employed practice as Child Support Solutions in 1997 and have since that time represented over 5000 clients and advised thousands more.
