Options Group is a leading provider of specialist services for children, young people and adults with autistic spectrum conditions (ASC), learning disabilities and complex needs; and behavioral, emotional and social difficulties (BESD).

We are trusted by more than 70 local authorities to provide specialist care, education and therapy to a total of over 200 children, young people and adults at any one time.

We cater for a variety of needs and offer services such as residential care, short breaks, education, respite, outreach and fostering services.

Options Group exists to make a difference, enabling the people in our care to fulfill their individual dreams, aspirations and potential for independence.

Meet the Manager

Graham B.

Manager

Graham has over 25 years experience in the special education and healthcare sectors, having worked with a number of significant operators as well as setting up and running his own business. He has successfully turned around a number of failing businesses by implementing proper commercial controls whilst retaining and improving the quality of service delivery. He was appointed to the Options Group Board in July 2009 and has been central to the significant financial and operational achievements since.
