Not even worth 1 star what a NIGHTMARE don’t ever use them, they are cagey, don’t have a proper business address and they are ACTUALLY called TRANSFORM SOUND, yet their website is something completely different. They don’t take calls during office hours and tend to slam the phone down, they take deposits of unsuspecting landlords for jobs they are supposed to complete on a required date, and as yet, I am still awaiting them to do the job this has been going on since Nov 2011, its now Jan 24th and they are still mucking around and/​or slamming the phone down and/​or trying to make excuses for not showing up i.e. sick on Dec 5th when they were supposed to do the job and then call 4 days before christmas to say they are ready when you have just springcleaned for visitors, then were supposed to come back on 5th Jan, never heard, and took my landlord to ring them and NOW they want to do the job, but am now working full time on probabation and cannot get them in during the week they say they will do a favour and work saturday but not without an extra charge besides, they are RUDE, ARROGANT and if you are friendly as us south african’s are, they think you are drunk and slam the phone down USELESS bunch DON@T USE THEM mickey mouse is more professional that this lot! *DON’T deserve a star more like a minus 10!!!
