The most expensive kilt i have ever had and they didn’t even provide a shirt or give me the option of a tie. Also was not given a sgian dubh, despite it saying one should have been included. When i returned the kilt and told them this i was treated like and spoken to like a liar and a thief when it was their incompetence. Firstly the girl said she packed the kilt, then asked the other salesman if he did it then went to ask the boss if she had packed it. Safe to say my first experience was not friendly and i shall go back to my usual place in rosemount further in advance next time.
