Our restaurant combines the warm, rustic culture and robust flavors of Latin America with the exotic spices and tangy sauces of the Pacific Rim. We also provide our guests with unmatched, ocean front views of tropical sunsets and enchanting cruise ships embarking out to the Caribbean Sea.

History
Established in 2004.
HAVANA BLUE is the creation of Eric and Nicole Horstmeyer and their partner, Zack Zoller. This trio was the first restaurant group to bring «Experiential Dining» to the Islands where the chic décor, music and vibes of Miami and New York meet the relaxed atomosphere of the Islands.
HAVANA BLUE rose quickly to become the premier dining destination in St. Thomas and is a centerpiece of the vast Marriott Frenchman’s Reef resort and Morningstar Beach Club. With numerous awards and national press honors, HAVANA BLUE quickly approaches its decade mark with the focus still firmly committed to «wowing» its diners with creative Latin-fusion cuisine and innovative cocktails.
