Every time I’m in Karsiyaka, I spend some significant time at this place. It has the best view, period. Food is decent and so inexpensive, it is hard to skip. Service is cafeteria style, so you go in and grab/order what you like, pay and find a table. Koftes are good, beer is a must with the view… Also great spot for people watching. Take a break and go to Yasemin Café, you’ll feel better.
