Amazing food, great cocktails, wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend Pipa for food or drinks. Great for any number of people — groups or couples. Try the Pizza first and foremost.

i am happy about this place, having been here a couple of times. it’s better before the crowds file in for a bar-​type atmosphere. I think it’s best suited to dinner, but perhaps that is just my personality
its pizza is quite delicious — dont come here expecting to not eat any
salads are large and fulfilling. similar with soup (like the minestrone, which, while not capturing the full potential of a mushroom inflected base, does convey a sense of the fresh vegetables and their contribution to the soup over and beyond any shaved parmesan cheese can)
main courses are not plentiful here, like brick chicken diavolo or perhaps carbonara (which i found to be hearty and al dente — well done!)
