Fauna

Giving 5 stars is not something I do all the time. Sometimes I give 5 stars depending on what I receive for my money. Sometimes for their speciality although I have not tasted their other dishes. However, this place meets both of my criteria.
It is in a weird location and area. Hidden somewhere in Atasehir. I would put this place in a trendy neighborhood. Very very strange to have this kind of food at its current location. I dare you to find an Italian food this good in Turkey. I will even go further by saying it is probably better than most restaurants in Italy. I am not kidding you. It is that good.
I had a pea soup and pasta with basil pesto. The pasta was cooked to perfection. Little al dente like it is supposed to. Soup was delicious. As a dessert we had sorbet and pudding. Both were really tasty. I think the owner’s name is Ibrahim (I may be wrong). He makes everything from scratch and he tries not to use anything processed such as tomato paste. Yes, he doesn’t even use tomato paste.
I said the location is weird but I think I would rather them stay where they are so they can keep their standards and fair prices same. The only con is their hours but then again he probably wants to make sure he can keep his quality same level. I am going there for lunch today:)
