I really do not want to be rude but if you do not give this place 5 stars, you really don’t know what katmer is. I would give 6 stars if I could. #1 place to eat katmer in Turkey, not only in Gaziantep. Avoid Orkide’s katmer. This is the real deal.
The location is very tricky to find. Do not give up and come back to thank me :)
If for some reason you find it little sweeter than you like, have milk with it.
