I kept hearing how amazing the chicken panini was so I finally went to check it out. A group of my friends and I went around 8:00 that night to eat, drink, and play pool/darts. This is a little hole in the wall bar with good music, cold beer, and adult games. It’s the perfect location for a small group of friends if you want a close night out by the base(right off the alley way from the main gate). You do not have much to choose from regarding beer and liquor, but if you like Corona or Eefes(the local Turkish brewed beer) then you are in luck. I am not a huge drinker so I was content with Corona. The beers and $ 5USD so get your money ready. If you are a big drinker that likes a lot of options this isn’t your stop. The chicken panini was good, but I have to admit I wasn’t in heaven eating it like I was told I would be. =) The sandwich is cheap($ 5USD) and has a decent amount of diced chicken, cheese, and spices. Overall good deal and good price for a sandwich to snack on. I would like to see a couple of other options for snacks in case you are not looking to eat a full sandwich. For games you have: darts, pool, and large scale Jenga. Get ready to be scared to death if you are not paying attention to the people around the corner playing Jenga, When it drops to the floor the blocks make a LOUD noise!!!

The Turkish Turtle is probably the most chill bar in the Incirlik Village«alley». The owner, Eddie, is a great host and so attentive to his customers. He makes a killer spicy chicken sandwich which a pressed/grilled panini with very flavorful chicken(seasoned with Turkish spices) and cheese. Also, if you give Eddie a heads up he will prepare authentic Chicken Tava with rice in a hot stone bowl for your party. He can also grill some killer wings, he does this right outside of the bar! As far as the bar atmosphere goes, there is a pool table, giant Jenga, beer pong, and great music. You must stop by if you’re out in the alley!
