Absolut unakzeptabel. Ich habe zweimal einen Massagtermin bei Melinda Farkas abgemacht, beide male ist die Masseurin einfach nicht erschienen. Beim erstenmal bekam ich von der anwesenden Coiffeurin die eher unglaubwürdige Begründung dass sie notfallmässig weg musste. Auch nachträglich gabs keine Entschuldigung, ich habe trotzdem nochmals einen neuen Termin abgemacht, aber auch dann kam sie nicht. Diesmal bekam ich nichtmal eine Ausrede zu hören …

In March I purchased a Groupon for a pedicure at Zack Zack. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to make an appointment. I called the number on the groupon (no one answered, left a voicemail), called the main store line, was told they cannot make an appointment for me, I needed to call the groupon phone number, texted the groupon phone number and stopped by in person. The manicurist wasn’t there and the two staff members present told me they were unable to make an appointment in her absence and walked away. They were rude and unhelpful.
Unfortunately, I’ve not received a beauty treatment at Zack Zack. My review is based solely on their entire staff’s customer service, which is absolutely terrible.
