This is a decent Starbucks by the Enge train station. I’m here often during weekdays. There’s a nice outdoor seating area with umbrellas for those warm sunny days. The drinks are consistent with Starbucks’ standards. Most of the servers speak passable English.
My only issue was the confusion of the cashier on my recent visit regarding the amount of discount given for having the reusable Starbucks coffee cup, which took her a few minutes to resolve. If you are going to participate in the program, you should train your employees on how the program works.
I do like having the reusable coffee cup though. It makes me feel good about producing less trash. The cup only cost 2fr and every time you use it at any participating Starbucks, you get 0.80fr off your coffee. What’s better than enjoying a yummy cup of caramel mocchiato while saving money and saving the planet at the same time?! :)

This Starbucks is not my favourite in Zurich, since it’s a bit smaller then others.
In it self good also since it offers everything a Starbucks does and it a good spot to go if your near Bhf Enge.
Tried the new matcha green tea latte here. It does tastes as green tea and I liked, since I asked it not too sweet, but I still prefer their coffees.

Dieser ist nicht mein Lieblings Starbucks in Zürich, da es ein wenig kleiner als andere ist.
Sonst ist es auch gut, da es alles anbietet wie andere Starbucks und es ein gutes Ort, ist wenn mann in der Nähe vom Bhf Enge sein sollte.
Habe hier das neue Matcha Grüntee Latte probiert. Es schmeckt wie grüner Tee und ich fand es lecker, da ich es nicht zu süß bestellt habe, aber ich habe immer noch ihren Kaffees lieber.

My first visit to Starbuckies this year was in the lovely Tessinerplatz location. The great thing about it is that it’s pretty much the same anywhere you go.
The barista was super nice, spoke perfect English, and gave us a coupon for CHF 1 off our next drink. When I gave it to my friend to redeem immediately, she gave him the discount AND gave each of us another coupon. Now that’s great service! :D
I treated myself to a tall chai frappuccino. Sweet and creamy with a hint of spice, topped with a generous dollop of homemade whipped cream, it totally made my day… despite the CHF 7.30 price tag. :o
