Oh my; one of the worst coffee experiences in Zurich. That place is just messy all over. My tea tastes like expired (no flavor and just watery). The barista was so laid back that after 30 seconds he forgot what we ordered. And he was licking his fingers in between preparing beverages (not ours). Eww. I’m really sorry but that might have been my first and already last time there. Since it’s not just dirty but pricy too. At least the music wasn’t bad at all, and they do have magazines.

My go-​to place since my kids started kinderkrippe last week nearby. Very cozy café with good eats and drinks. The music is quite mellow and relaxing, goes nicely with the ambiance and quietness of the café. The servers are friendly and helpful. Ask them for the password for the WiFi and you can never forget it.

Took my family here for brunch and we were completely disappointed. The food was horrible, the omlett and the scrambled eggs were probably made in advance judging by the taste as well as the consistency… Added to that were two micro slices of gruyerzer and ham for 4.- extra…
The pancake tasted like it was made with store bought pancake mix.
The service lacked everywhere as well, unfriendly and not at all motivated.
The only good thing were the croissants and the coffee.

I like the place!
Had a coffee and a Bircher-​müsli (granola or oats mixed with yoghurt and fruit). It was pretty good, although the müsli was on the sweeter side — Use less sugar and perhaps just natural yoghurt (if they used sweetened…) then it would be perfect.
Nice interior, and I had a glance at a plate of cheeses and meats and it looked delicious.

A comfy place with a modern neighborhood feel.
A nice selection of teas, coffee drinks, fresh juices and a small selection of sandwiches, a couple of salads and pastries.
Definitely trendy.
The staff are very friendly. It’s only a couple of minutes from the Schmiede Wiedikon tram stop.
They also have beer.

Plush is a neighborhood café/​lunch place/​brunch place where graphic designers, young parents, hip students like to hang out and work from their brand new MacBooks. The food is good, nice brunch/​breakfast plates. The interior is designy-​matcha green with nice banks outside with fake fur and plaids to be warm and look cool in all circumstances.

It is a little pretentious and it is difficult to get the attention of a waiter, but the wine selection is good
