I eat lunch here at least 3 times a week, usually grab it to go when it’s packed to the brink. They’ve quiche, salad bar, soup, sandwich or panini, and just added burgers(which were OK– really!) The staff are friendly and the coffee is fine, they even have drinks for after work unwind. The ambience is chill, but it’s usually quite loud– haven’t noticed the music, but there is a sound. They’ve even a reward card for your coffee buys, then you’ll get one free– what a surprise! (Nothing in Zurich is free.) I’d definitely recommend it, but try if you can– to patron outside the lunch rush from 12 – 1:30, man.

Wanted to try that place for quite a long time already. It’s close to the University in a beautiful neighborhood — from Central it’s like a 15 minutes walk. I didn’t feel well so I ordered a cup of tea — they serve Sirocco which I like! My sister in law got herself a latte. The prices are quite low(chf 4.20 for the tea and chf 5.00 for the latte) and a biscotti on the side. Even a juice(2,5dl) costs less than chf 5.00! To me the place was pretty noisy– music was for my taste a little too loud, so I probably wouldn’t come here for reading. Didn’t matter since I was in company. The servants were friendly and welcoming. They offer a wide variety of food options too(soups, quiche, salads and different kind of breakfast options).
