The oldest knife shop in town of Lucerne specialized in Swiss Army knife. Great souvenir shop not just knife affectionado. They have magnets, postcards and local clothing but only few slection. The main thing is the knife. You can get your Swiss Army knife, on some model, personalized –name engraving– for free and it doesn’t take that long. The two ladies who helped me are great, friendly, courteous and attention to detail. They checked name spelling to ensure it is right. They speak 4 languages in addition to English. Accept major credit cards and on the CC cards transaction you can choose to pay Swiss Francs or US $.
