Great restaurant, a little expensive but the food is really amazing! Good choice! The waiter is also very nice.

This restaurant is excellent. It’s a small bistros serving Lyon style food. The décor is great and everywhere. It fits the restaurants good as it is also inspired by Lyon. Puppets and even a small puppet theater are on the walls and the restaurants emblem as well. The service is great, the one server who was working last night was very nice and sociable. You very quickly feel at home in this little bistrot. Getting to the main point, the food. It is absolutely gorgeous. Unpretentious but lovely. The products are good and fresh. They have a good selection of wine and some grand Crus as well. The menu is not huge but offers a good variety of hot and cold appetizers and a selection of entrees going from Typical«cuisine lyonnaise» to fish, meats, cheeses and a few well selected desserts. I tried frog legs from Vallorbe very simply served in a garlicky parsley butter with a side of lemon. They were excellent! Slightly crunchy on the exterior and mouthwateringly melting and tender inside. They were also available as a entrée. My husband had the foie gras which was amazing! Absolutely gorgeous texture and a very delicate sweet flavor accompanied by thin mouillette like lightly grilled brioche and fig jam. As the main course I had pigs cheek in a beautiful red wine and I guess prune infused sauce with perfect mashed potatoes and vegetables. The meat was so tender and cooked beautifully. I highly recommend it! For dessert we shared a tarte a Tatin, perfectly baked the apples were just perfect with a touch of homemade vanilla whipped cream. To end the meal our waiter brought us two digestifs in miniature glass bottles and little bottles of candy and carambar, a very nice touch. Though not a cheap restaurant, it is not overpriced and the food is well worth the price. Hopefully this will inspire you to try it out!
