I come here every chance I get. Which, given that I live 6000 miles away, is pretty often. Several times per year.
Restaurant zur Maegd is amazing. I’m admittedly no pro when it comes to Italian-​type food, but everything I’ve ordered has been incredible. Your meal starts off with a delectable dish of various crudités and herb scones which in and of itself can be a lovely (albeit light) meal. But then come the pastas, and the meat dishes, etc. etc. I usually come here for dinner, but if you can come during the day, all the better, as you can sit outside next to various potted herbs that smell almost as good as the actual meals themselves.
Zur Maegd knows the food business. Let them introduce you to it.
This restaurant is often packed in the evening hours. Make a reservation or get there early.

An der Fasnacht waren wir mit unserer Tambourengruppe zu Gast in der Mägd und sind vollkommen zufrieden. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und hat einem gut wahrgenommen. Trotz dem vollen Haus war das Essen schnell und in sehr guter Qualität zubereitet. Für mich ist dieses Restaurant gerne auch unter dem Jahr wider mal ein Besuch wert.

Das Restaurant ist in einem wunderschönen alten Zunfthaus nahe beim Rhein. Es gibt feine italienische Küche zu mittleren Preisen. Die Einrichtung ist nett, das Licht vielleicht ein bisschen zu hell.
