Currently, Isbilir is the best spot for doner kebap in Basel. I like the crunchiness of their pita bread. I enjoy the slightly bitter flavor provided by their cabbage. It’s the perfect riposte against their sauce. The meat is flavorful. Overall, it’s worth checking out.
