A really nice corner locale off the main street, with a touch of days gone by. Simple setup with a counter and ice cream behind glass, a few seats inside and a couple of stools outside(sun hits the corner just after lunch). Not a crazy wide selection of ice creams — which I only think is a sign of quality — and a good selection it is! A few sorbet and the rest is regular ice cream. They serve in cones and cups(and also sell ice cream cakes for your party, or half liter cups to bring home.) We tried coconut, raspberry sorbet, caramel/peanut, blueberry sorbet and stracciatella. They don’t hold back on the scoop sizes! This guy keeps digging in that box until the scoop is overflowing! All ice creams were delicious — you can really taste the quality. I think maybe the sorbets were a bit too heavy on sugar — you could really taste the sugar — but they were all rich and delicious! I especially recommend the caramel/peanut combo! I’ll be coming back to try the licorice — the were unfortunately out of that one when we visited!

I had a high expectation on this place, as this ice-cream factory has been on the same place for many many years and have their own secrets and traditions on making the ice-cream. But somehow it turned out not to be the best place. The ice-cream is still okej but no «omg, omg, it tasted sooo good». Although I would probably recommend going there with children, seems to be like a very suitable place for little customers.

Yummy ice cream, large portions, decent price. Love the logo as well! (They sell their ice cream in liters too, yay!)
