Happy to say I had my first great food truck experience in Stockholm today!
These guys were parked at Norrbro where Kulturfestivalen 2015 is taking place, along with a few other food trucks. They make appearances at Matholmen and other stops around the city otherwise.
Three rolls to choose from: one chicken tikka, one with grilled paneer cheese, and one «vego» with samosas and tamarind chutney. I had the one with paneer and it was fantastic — really tasty paneer, fresh shreds of veggies, some pomegranate seeds (!!! yum!), and a coriander dressing. It really hit the spot!
