Great drinks for any company and mood. A very classy lounge with superb service and beautiful surrounding. A vast choice of wines and champagne. Thou a bit less offering of cocktails on the manu. The good thing is; the bartender we’ll go above and beyond to deliver the drink you want, even if it requires going the extra mile. That is invaluable service in my opinion :-)

But it all have its price, and at this premium located spot, you will pay its price, and you will be happy about it, even though you wont get any gold.
It can get pretty crowded later on, so be there in time, to secure your night in glam. A perfect place to start off your night at, or drop in for a cocktail.
The atmosphere is great and the ceiling height among with all the other details, will give you the classiness you deserve. Biggest con is that sofas and armchairs provide you too great comfort, so great, that you might end up sitting here all night.

The Gold Bar at the Nobis Hotel is definitely worth checking out if you’re either staying at the Nobis Hotel or visiting Stockholm and are in search of a more «refined» cocktail bar. Trendy/​urban/​poser clientele. Dress accordingly. With a name like «Gold Bar” – don’t expect anything less but lots of gold and yellow accents. The bar/​lounge itself is actually not that big. For some reason, I was expecting a much larger space.
The drinks are quite good and well-​balanced, especially the signature cocktails. And at $ 25/​cocktail — they better be. I had their strawberry basil smash (apparently the no. 1 cocktail with «thousands sold») and their coconut concheros which was my favorite. We went near closing and the bartender didn’t waste any time reminding us of how little time we had to order, that’s for sure.
