This is probably the Fitness 24 Seven gym in central Stockholm with the most sensible floor plan. As in the other F24S, the machines are modern(although the selection is limited) and the dressing rooms and showers are tidy. This is not a Plus facility so there is no room for classes. F24S can maintain low member fees partly because they don’t utilize a lot of staff — so if you are a non-member who wants to just drop in, you have a limited set of hours during the day to do so(when the reception desk is actually manned.) Becoming a member takes a few business days, but once you have it you have free access 24⁄7 to ALL of their gym facilities and all the classes in their Plus facilities — boxercise, body pump, etc!(The nearest Plus facilities are at Hötorget and Regeringsgatan.) It’s an all-you-can-eat buffet of fitness! There’s even a women only section which I, for obvious reasons, can’t review — but I can say that I find it a little bit discriminating that men pay the same membership fee to use less of the facility and its machines. The real bad thing about F24S is that when a weight lock goes missing, it’s gonna take weeks for them to produce a new one — and without staff present, many members don’t bother to respect the equipment or people around them.
