Very comfy, old style and design. Perfect for our breakfast. We had Chessnut 1nd Cinnamon«stuff»(I don’t know the name) which I strongly recommend. Fiod if home made for sure, and all is tasty.

It’s a small bakery selling good quality pastries. When we went in around 5.00 pm almost nothing was left! Every items seemed to be sold out, so we just bought remaining cookie and a yoghurt! Of course that wasn’t our first choice but taste was OK. Service was friendly.

I buy the buns and I eat them straight up, they are a blessing at 07.30 in the morning. My fav are the walnut ones. Prices are moderate, and they prefer chash below 50SEK.

Kardemummabullar are to die for, breads very good. Fabrique is always worth a special trip, and if you go to the Nybrogatan location, you can also visit the excellent cheese shop next door.

Bei Fabrique kommen die Backwaren aus dem Steinofen und sie machen hier hervorragende Kardemummabullar(22 Kronen) & Kanelbullar. Viel besser als irgendwo sonst in Stockholm, wenn nicht sogar die besten!
