Bellevue is one of the local lunch places around Vanadisplan that has been around for a while and is pretty consistent in their delivery. Food is ok but a little pricier than the neighborhood average, coffee is not included. The restaurant is usually busy 11am — 1pm and the space is cramped with little room between tables. The layout of the place and how they want guests to move about in the space while ordering, getting salad and dropping off trays creates congestions sometimes. Service is effective but not very friendly. They do not accept Amex.
