Supreme Burger

You never know what to expect when going to a new burger joint, but i guess a legit guess would be a great burger. I went here late lunch finding the place pretty empty which was a pleasant surprise, for me at least… Great burger places tends nowadays to be overcrowded at lunch and dinner, but this isnt in a centre spot, so that might be an explanation to some of it.
I was hungry so i went with a double burger with bacon and fries. Burger was served to the table almost right away after it freshly had been made in the open kitchen. Just to make it clear, this burger should have been big even without my extra pattie, but i couldnt complain since i got what i ordered. Patties was cooked to perfection with a little bit of pink in the middle and i really like the texture of the bread. My burger got a bit meaty flavor since i ordered an extra pattie, so i think most ppl will do fine one, and one only!
You got plenty of fries and those were crispy just as i want them. Didnt look into the menu, but i bet they can do some advanced concept around the fries as everybody else if you like.
Pricing was definitely fair in the land of hamburger convictions and i like the interior. The place have a rough and clean design with a of tables to sit down at.
To sum it up, this is definitely a place to try and evaluate in the search for glory!

Hard to find a burger this good in Stockholm. Clearly made on the premises. Not at all compact and pre frozen like most places seem to have. Walls are covered with pages from the ny times which is a nice touch.

I wish this place had been around when I was living in Solna. This place is just behind my number one burger place but not by far!
We went as big group (10 people) and the staff were very helpful in getting a table together so we could all sit together.
The choice of burger at present is a little limited however this takes nothing away from the tastiness of the burger itself! Fries come with a free topping my choice was chili and cheddar. One of the company had a milkshake which he informed me was amazing. I also ordered a bacon mayonnaise dipping sauce which was very tasty and went well with the fries! I did notice on the menu they offered chili, hotdogs and some other yummy things too.

The burger was juicy and delicious. The truffle parmesan fries were good! I didn’t have room for a milk shake, but those looked delicious as well. I wasn’t crazy about the shoe string fries, they seemed a little dry and had a hard time holding any of the toppings on them. However, I think that this little burger joint is one of the better little «greasy burger hipster haunts» that are now expanding outside the city center (and into more neighborhood like areas). I know someone who lives next door to here and she was ecstatic to have something like this out in Solna. We went here to celebrate her birthday and had a really nice time. The interior décor was all really nice looking and felt almost a little southern American. Maybe it was just that they were blasting the country song «chicken fried» when we sat down. Everything felt casually warm and welcoming here. I don’t know if I would come all the way out to Solna specifically to come here, but this is definitely one of the better burgers in Stockholm. If your in the area or don’t mind a trek out here, it’s worth a try! If I was a local, and lived next-​door like my friend, I would become a total Heather-​burgler (for those Swedes who might be confused by that reference: google the «Hamburgler»)

I was so excited to try this place out. I raved about it at work and then set up a date for some ladies to try it out. Of course I had to give it two gos before writing a review.
Most importantly: the burger. It’s perfectly cooked and juicy. You can tell the patties are handmade, and it makes a total difference. The burger includes lettuce, tomato, and caramelized onion. I had a burger with bacon my first time, and really loved it. But honestly, I loved even MORE just the plain burger. Everything tastes amazing together and the slightly toasted but still soft bun was to die for (I’m a huge bread fan, ok).
The fries have an exciting concept. I love the fact that you can choose toppings for your fries for free, to heighten the experience. I’ve tried both the shoestring and the regular fries, and both were perfectly done. They aren’t cheap with the toppings, so you don’t have to ration them out. The dipping sauces are super tasty as well. I haven’t tried them all, but I really love the spicy smoked tomato mayo.
My friend actually loved the fries so much she went back 7 hours later before she went back home after visiting me. I’ll definitely be a regular at this place!
