More like three and a half stars as I always love my burger but the fries are often old, and not fresh. I’ve come for lunch a few times and had the experience of eating day-​old, reheated chips — which wasn’t nice. The staff seem aloof as it was five staff members hanging out in the kitchen area with one working on our order… I guess better to over staff than under staff!
Maybe they expected a rush!
Anyways, the burgers are always amazing and that’s why I come again and again. I don’t care for the atmosphere or the fries, but the burger :)

This is our favorite local hamburger joint. Burgers are delicious and taste like the Burgers back home in Southern California. We normally order the smokehouse with it’s smoky barbeque flavor. The onion rings don’t disappoint.
Staff is friendly and very service minded. We are here often so they know our order by heart. That really makes us feel at home. With the recent pop up of so many hamburger joints in Stockholm, Texas Burger is still our go to.
