Svenska sushiköket

I loved their sushi! Everything seemed made fresh and the taste was excellent not to mention the presentation. Highly recommended!

OMGGGG the sushi here is so fresh and the presentation is SO INTERESTING. Huge sushi fan in general but was impressed with how this place presented and served their foods.
To start, this place is a little off the map for tourists as it is not located in Gamla Stan or Slussen. It is about 7 stops south off the green line and is located in the suburbs of a residential area so the menu was of no surprise — all in Swedish. None the less, we figured out some words like lax for salmon and any confusion was cleared up by the workers.
The sushi is served in sets and served on a platter with seaweed salad, squid salad, an array of mayo, spicy mayo, and wasabi, fish eggs, edamame and 2 types of ginger which were ALL separated so the customer could choose how they wanted to flavor their own sushi. The sushi itself was what changed which varied from size S, 7 pieces, to size XXL, 15 pieces of either california rolls, tuna rolls, salmon, shrimp, avocado, and a seasoned crabmeat one. There were also complete vegetarian options. I ordered the L 11 piece meal and it was satisfying enough!
The bento boxes and yakitori also looked BOMB but due to the lack of English, decided not to pass up on the sushi! Also saw people ordering things that looked like cashew chicken and fried rice so there is SO much variety here.
Also, they have the customers self serve themselves for miso soup where the customers can add their own tofu pieces, onions, and seaweed which was perfect since I always crave more seaweed!
They also serve free biscuits on the way out! SUCH A GOOD food and so worth the ride! Definitely try this out!

Best Sushi in Stockholm!
It’s fresh, beautiful presentation & the prices are ok. It can be crowded so beware of that.
There are upscale places in Stockholm with better sushi but this place has humane pricing so it wins.
