Nevasol restaurant is situated in the slope, all the way to the left when you get off any of the two cabin lifts in Sierra Nevada. When we were there, they were playing quite loud(and good) music out doors, which must make the sun chairs inviting for any party loving crowd on a sunny day. I bet this would be my regular place for lunch if I was a ski-bum in SN. With that said, the restaurant is still pretty casual and quiet. The food was pretty good(considering the restaurant’s location) and the prices were totally fine. I like that you can choose between heavy normal ski-food options like big bowls of pasta, and more healthy options like salmon carpaccio and soup of the day. We shared a Serrano ham plate(cut like iberico, but not as good) and a tortilla. Not bad. Very Spanish. Further inside the restaurant, there’s a tapas bar where you can get small bites like Russian Salad or order a cortado(which actually tastes like pancakes). Due to the restaurant’s location up to the left from the lifts, the place wasn’t too crowded despite this being a very crowded day in SN.
