Disappointing experience! I went to this restaurant on December 23rd at around 2pm. After sitting us the waiters took a very long time to take our order: They didn’t seem to agree on who was responsible for our table. Appetizers were served late and not at the same time. Moreover, the entres took over 90 minutes. The waiters were unable to explain the situation to us. After a very long wait, the manager told us they had issues in the kitchen –apparently they had run out of food or something. The food was probably 3 or 3.5÷5; but it was probably the worst service I’ve seen in my life. Most of the time waiters were hiding in the kitchen, avoiding customer complaints.

Pese a que Gino’s es una franquicia el estándar de calidad que exhiben otros locales del grupo Vips brilla por su ausencia en este local. El servicio no podía ser peor, tardaron 2 horas en traernos la comida y nunca nos pidieron disculpas. Una vez nos trajeron la comida tenían tanta prisa por irse, que nos retiraron los platos antes de poder terminarlos.
