It was sometime during siesta that came upon this establishment. We opted for a pizza and two beers. While we waited for the pizza the owner brought two dishes to pick from, the Spanish tortilla was delicious and the skewer of fruit was fresh and appetizing. Our pizza arrived and it was a wonderful homemade delicia. We had a relaxing time. The owner was most gracious and hospitable. She told us the business had just opened. The service and quality was that of a well-​established restaurant. Best of luck or as they would say in Spanish «Buena Suerte» Next time we are in Lugo we will visit El Refugio again.
