El Corte Chino

This place is just outside the big Carrefour Norte shopping center. This place is HUGE!!! Looks like it could have been a former furniture store, it certainly has ALL the space for it. Everything you want: clothing, bathing suits, some shoes, books, stationary, school supplies, some limited furniture, any and everything in house and kitchen plastic ware, gloves, electronic accessories and devices, etc. You get the idea. If you looked at EVERYthing you’d be here three hours and 27minutes at the very minimum! Asian employees work the store and they watch like hawks each client that walks in! Closed-​circuit TV and screens monitor all areas for theft prevention. I found some good things that I wasn’t here for, but picked up because I simply needed it. I paid with a 50 € bill (smallest bill I had) and the asian girl complained in spanish that I was taking all her good change… I should have taken back my 50 € and walked out of the store instead. Limited street parking BUT you can park at the huge shopping mall parking lot next door and just walk over. Just remember this is basically a five and dime store (20 duros) store; you get what you paid for so if it breaks within 10mins or 2 days, don’t complain!
