General Practitioners Benidorm

As a resident in Spain I am entitled to their equivalent to the UK NHS but when my family visited us we unfortunatley needed to take one of the grandchildren to see a doctor. Too much time in the pool had given him the dreaded «Swimmers Ear».
Although the doctors and receptionists are Dutch they speak and understand English perfectly, which is so reassuring when you are ill in a foreign country.
The lady doctor was really patient (no pun intended) with our young grandson and soon had him sorted out with sympathy and antibiotics. She mentioned that they provide an emergency 24 hour call out service which is handy to know when you have family and friends staying with you.
The clinic is really easy to find as it is opposite the hotel Flamingo and was modern and very friendly. I picked up some leaflets about the specialists they have working with them, but hopefully I won‘t be needing them.
