Fantastic food! Fantastic people! It’s the only vegetarian restaurant we came across on the island and the quality of the food rivals that of some of the best I’ve across in my home state of Michigan. They buy ingredients from local sources and it seems like they buy the ingredients either every day or very often. The prices are very reasonable too. It’s located on an upward sloping hill that is one way so it’s a bit hard to find but definitely worth it!

Oh it’s so hard to find good vegetarian restaurant in Spain. So we were especially pleased to find EL LEON DE BAJAMAR. You come in and you already feel good because the owners make you feel so welcome! And the food is good and it is so nice to have something that is not typically Spanish… we really like this place!
